No experience is required with paid training starting at $21.20 / hour and company vehicle provided. We are conducting electric meter upgrades in the Denver, Colorado area for Xcel Energy and are hiring Electric Meter Installers / Technicians. Applicants need to be at least 18 years of age, hold a valid driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen. Successful candidates must also pass Meterpro test. After the initial classroom training and field training totalling four weeks paid at $21.20 / hour, employees will be transitioned to being paid on a piece work basis which allows most of our employees to earn in excess of $25 / Olameter is one of the largest meter servicing companies in North America with over 1,500 employees providing services in 30 states and provinces to over 300 utilities.
