Hilton HRCC Specialist, CALA in Denver, Colorado

***The location for this position is virtual/remote***

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, as the HRCC Specialist for the CALA region, you will enrich hotel performance through HRCC resources. Activities include promoting all HRCC lines of business such as ResMax, HPSS, and GA. Activities will include enrolling new and supporting existing hotels into the ResMax Auto Attendant program and collaborating with other commercial and support teams in the enterprise to improve regional performance.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Implement initiatives to lead ResMax adoption, including hotel and portfolio consults
  • Develop and deliver content to communicate the HRCC value proposition at special events, conferences, and client meetings

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Be the liaison for HRCC services and initiatives including HPSS to support performance optimization
  • Cultivate Hotel and Corporate partner relationships

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Identify initiatives and manage implementation based on performance analysis
  • Perform other duties that would support HRCC Business Development, as assigned.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Fluent Spanish language (written/spoken)
  • High Proficiency in analyzing data in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint
  • Six (6 ) months working within Hilton Reservations and Customer Care
  • Travel up to 25%, both domestic and international

It would be useful if you have:

  • Six (6 ) months of experience in the HRCC Business Development Team
  • One (1 ) year experience working in Sales, Reservations or Front Office at hotel-level
  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
