Job Description:
This job is responsible for building and leading a team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Key responsibilities include developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices. Job expectations may include coaching, mentoring, providing feedback and hands on career development, identifying emerging talent, fostering leadership skills, and managing stakeholders.
Position Summary
Global Information Security (GIS) is responsible for protecting bank information systems, confidential and proprietary data, and customer information. GIS develops the bank’s Information Security strategy and policy, manages the Information Security program, identifies and addresses vulnerabilities and operates a global security operations center that monitors, detects and responds to cybersecurity incidents. Within GIS, Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times and in the right context. IAM addresses the mission-critical need to ensure appropriate access to the resources across increasingly heterogeneous technology environments, and to meet increasingly rigorous compliance requirements
The candidate for this role possesses in-depth IAM expertise, operational savvy, business and technical acumen, and a track record of enabling the business while reducing risk. This individual will utilize their in-depth IAM knowledge as well as new business requirements to design and direct secure solutions that meet the organization’s evolving needs. This individual also exercises independent judgment in directing staff to achieve results and works independently with direction from the Information Security IAM Executive. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in building software products, managing engineering teams, coordinating large-scale projects, effectively communicating with executive and technical audiences, and moving quickly to achieve outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
People Manager & Coach: provides inspection, coaching and feedback to motivate, differentiate and improve performance.
Developing a technology strategy, ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards, promoting design, engineering, and organizational practices, and advocating and advancing modern, Agile solution delivery practices
Respond to audit and regulatory requests as needed.
Support the team members by providing technical guidance as well as assist other on-going engagements for resolving critical issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis for high severity issues, and provide permanent resolution.
Meets demands of managing multiple work streams, communicating effectively with senior technology and business leadership, and demonstrate experience leading large and complex projects and global programs.
Work closely with Cybersecurity, audit, compliance, legal, and stakeholders to define access policies, user roles, and access control procedures for our diverse technology and lines of business landscape.
Qualifications:
10+ years of professional development/technology experience
5+ years of experience leading development teams
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and respond to rapidly changing demands
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong background in technology engineering
Strong understanding of application testing, quality control, change and release management.
Working knowledge of strategic development tools ( JIRA, Jenkins, Artifactory, etc)
Working knowledge on Databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, Neo4J
Good understanding or hands-on experience on JSON, REST and SOAP
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) experience in deploying and managing Access Management solutions on cloud platforms.
Desired:
10+ years’ experience in IAM working on complex projects and programs
Hands on development experience with REACT, Angular, JAVA

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$134,900.00 - $217,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
