About the Role:

As a CBRE Lease Administration Supervisor, you will oversee teams responsible for managing estoppel certificates and SNDAs and ensure accurate administration of Percentage Rent calculations, while maintaining compliance with lease terms and company policies.

This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on managing estoppel certificates and SNDAs, overseeing Percentage Rent calculations, and ensuring lease compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage the preparation, review, and execution of estoppel certificates and SNDAs, ensuring compliance with lease terms and deadlines.

  • Ensure the accurate calculation and timely reporting of Percentage Rent, based on tenant sales reports and lease agreements.

  • Provide daily supervision, mentorship and performance management for the Estoppel & SNDA and Percentage Rent team.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Lease Administration) and external partners (landlords) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.

  • Present weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports to management.

  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.

  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.

  • Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.

  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Previous shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

  • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.

  • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $72,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $82,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
