job summary:
Tatum by Randstad is working with a major, global, private equity backed, SAAS client in Denver looking for a Go To Market Compensation Manager. This role can be 100% remote (Pacific or Mountain time zones ONLY)
This is a hands-on role with management of two junior, offshore resources. The work includes strategic structures, alignment of the plans with expected outcomes, calculations, validation, automation and administration. Reporting to the VP of Revenue, this role entails owning the end-to-end go-to-market/sales team compensation process, from design principles to commission calculations, while collaborating closely with senior leaders.

Requirements include:
financial calculation and administration experience
finance operations and/or sales operations
experience with sales commissions
customer success and account management
sales commission design implementation
international experience (you will be managing 2 folks in the Far East)
Recent SAAS experience
qualifications:
Qualifications:
Proficiency on Excel and Spiff, Xactly or other automation tool
5 years of experience in a SaaS Financial/Operations role, preferably with Salesforce expertise.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
Working closely with sales leadership
Deep attention to detail and accuracy
Self-managed (this is a 100% remote role)
Comfortable in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
Occasional travel to the Denver office
