About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager, MarComm to join our WW Hybrid Systems Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communications strategies that drive product launch enhancement, events, and partner marketing activities. The ideal candidate has an interest in technology and is highly organized with a knack for cross-functional project management, a passion for data-driven marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

What You Get To Do :

  • Support the planning and execution of HP, industry, and partner events to enhance brand and product visibility.

  • Support the development and implementation of insights-led marketing strategies for brand sponsorships in close collaboration with marketing leadership and regional marketing counterparts.

  • Enhance key product launches by organizing and facilitating webinars, events, and other promotional activities.

  • Collaborate with PR, NPI, Events, Social, and Brand teams to align event, launch, and partnership initiatives with overall campaign and communications planning.

  • Collaborate with business, marketing, and communications teams to develop integrated campaign strategies aligned with product roadmaps, event calendars, and corporate brand initiatives.

  • Manage a detailed quarterly plan and an annual plan of continuous overlapping event, launch, and partnership initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement-including lead conversion.

  • Implement a robust measurement and reporting strategy, establishing benchmarks and clear goals to connect event and partnership efforts to marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and conversions.

  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality and brand consistency in all content produced.

  • Management of campaign and omni-channel content repositories.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business.

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing or communications, with a focus on events and integrated marketing.

  • Proven experience in planning and executing product launches, industry, and partner events.

  • Strong understanding of partnership execution strategies and event management best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex topics into easy-to-understand language across various formats.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build alignment with key stakeholders on content and strategy.

  • Experience managing content and agencies to scale quality content production in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about execution excellence, bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects.

Salary Range

The salary range for this role $85,000 - $105,000 in addition to a competitive benefits package. Salary is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
