Civil Roadway Project Manager Benesch is hiring a Civil Roadway Project Managerwith a successful CDOT and local agency project track record to join our talented Colorado team. The Civil Roadway Project Manager plays a key role in the growth of our Denver office, working on highwaydesign projects and developing plans for projects across the region. Location This position will have a hybrid work schedule and, when in the office, will work from our Denver, CO office. The Impact You Will Have Servingas a project manager on transportation (state and municipal highway/roadway) projects Managingproject teams, including budgets and schedules Mentoring junior staff Contributing to Colorado and regional strategic growth initiatives Champion relationships with key clients, including CDOT, County and Municipal Clients Representing Benesch at industry and professional engagement events Identifying opportunities and leading strategic project pursuits Leading and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams Present findings thorough written and verbal communications skills, including public speaking at information meetings, client meetings, and interviews
What You Will Need BSCEor related discipline Registered CO Professional Engineer Minimum of 10years of design experience, including project management responsibility Experience working on CDOT and local agency projects Seller/Doer mentality A track record of adhering to design budgets and project schedules Excellent communication and client relation skills Experience with Open-Roads software desired Ability to work effectively in a team environment Understanding roadway drainage and bridge hydraulics is considered a plus Experience working with other DOT programs is considered a plus
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on numerous factors, including but not limited to individual education, qualifications, prior work experience, and geographic location.
