Position Overview: We are seeking a structured and highly collaborative person to join our Global Sales Operations team as the Senior Partner Operations Manager. This global role will support our Channel & Alliances teams, helping to streamline processes, implement and continuously improve and optimize our systems capabilities to enable an evolving GTM that focuses on increasing Partner footprint. Assist with all operations related to the execution of our partner strategy. You will focus on improving business processes, building our systems and data to enable scale, enabling data-driven decision-making, and enhancing the overall effectiveness & efficiency of the Channel and Alliances team at Ping Identity. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with & support the global partner sales leadership team to execute on the Channel and Alliances strategy developed and led by the Chief Revenue Officer Hold and lead a cadence of meetings and councils to drive focused execution of our Channel & Alliances strategies and initiatives. Drive data-backed decision-making within the Channel and Alliances team by supporting data, dashboarding and reporting needs. Own the generation of reporting, presentation of materials, and presentation of insights and recommendations from the data. Design all core channel metrics, data insights, and reporting and align stakeholders to a single source of truth for measuring ongoing Channel & Alliances business performance. Be the internal subject matter expert on any and all partner-related data captured at Ping Identity. Manage the partner sales forecast and pipeline reporting process. Ensure the cleanliness and completion of key Salesforce data as a routine process. Proactively manage partner data within Salesforce to ensure an accurate forecast and results are available for the Channel and Alliances team. Support Global Sales Operations initiatives broadly. Work autonomously on complex, cross-functional, and multifaceted projects with partner overlap. Lead all operational initiatives supporting partner go-to-market motions. Focus on streamlining the partner sales process and scaling the ongoing management of partner processes and workflows. Maintain a regular cadence of feedback gathering and reviews to assess what is working and not working and drive business process improvements. Lead strategic and operational initiatives that drive efficiency and effectiveness improvements across the Channel and Alliances team. Implement, administer, and ensure the adoption of key partner-focused systems & tools Lead operational workstreams focusing on processes that impact partners, including but not limited to partner onboarding, deal registration, new product launches, and pricing updates. Provide project leadership and mana ement on any tool implementations, major project deployments, and operational changes related to execution of our Channel & Alliances strategy. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations for a complex SaaS business with a channel strategy. Proven track record working with Channel and Alliance Partners in an indirect sales model, managing pipeline, sales forecasts, carrying, and achieving new sales targets. Deep analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to pull themes & insights from data, incorporating it into broader business context Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and PRM solutions and other technologies used to enable channel partners and administer channel partner programs. A proven track record for creating and evolving new and existing processes to drive standards and practices to increase efficiencies within a fast-paced organization. Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to generate executive-facing materials and present to large audiences and executives alike. Proven ability to operate within ambiguous situations and multiple constraints. Acute attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, customer-service attitude, unrelenting curiosity, and a strong work ethic. An active team player who takes initiative to not just identify problems but proactively recommend and implement solutions. Base Hiring Range: $134,000-$167,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
