Pinehurst Country Club Server in Denver, Colorado

Pinehurst Country Club has 12 temporary full-time Server openings in Denver, Colorado from May 1, 2024 - October 31, 2024. Takes & serves food & beverage orders. Duties may include preparation & serving alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Carries out miscellaneous cleaning, wiping & polishing &/or presentation breakdown tasks, including setting tables, & removing dishes. 40 hrs./wk.; O/T as needed; Shifts may vary: variable shifts over 7 days a week: 6am-3pm; 10am-3pm; 12pm-7pm; 3pm-12am; $21.00/hr.; O/T at $31.50/hr. A single workweek is used to compute wages due. Any deductions required by law made from weekly paycheck. Optional deductions include: $170.00/week for rent, one time $170 refundable security deposit (for optional housing. Raises/bonuses may be offered to any worker based on performance, skill, tenure. Req. no minimum education; no experience required; Ability to communicate in English. Workers will be provided with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. Workers will be provided with daily transportation to & from the worksite in compliance with all applicable Federal, State & local laws & regulations. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50% of the employment contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation & subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay worker's reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence rates are $15.46/day without receipts or up to $59/day with receipts. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Employer will arrange the workers transportation & subsistence directly in advance at a minimum, the most economical & reasonable common carrier cost of the transportation & subsistence to the worker before the worker's start date of employment. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
