At Alight, the Vice President of HR Tech Teams is a strategic leader tasked with driving our impact and reach within the benefits administration, navigation, and leave management sectors. This role is vital for advancing Alight's strategic positioning and influence through expert engagement with leading broker firms and HR benefit panels.

Responsibilities

Strategic Broker Relationship Development: Establish and deepen strategic relationships with HR benefits teams and influential panels, ensuring a robust understanding of Alight's comprehensive benefits solutions. Lead educational initiatives and training for HR benefits groups, enabling them to effectively promote Alight's offerings and achieve mutual objectives. Spearhead the development of targeted messaging and engagement tools that highlight Alight's benefits expertise and competitive advantages in the industry. Direct impactful presentations and discussions at key broker events, promoting our leadership and expertise in the benefits sector. Solicit and integrate feedback from HR benefits engagements to refine product offerings, enhance marketing strategies, and steer the company's strategic focus.

Advanced Escalation and Issue Resolution Management: Manage the resolution process for broker client issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain and enhance client satisfaction. Act as the escalation point for complex challenges, coordinating with internal teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and client focus.

Strategic Business Development and Growth: Manage the resolution process for broker client issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions to maintain and enhance client satisfaction. Act as the escalation point for complex challenges, coordinating with internal teams to analyze issues and implement effective solutions. Develop and implement proactive strategies to mitigate potential disruptions, fostering an environment of conti uous improvement and client focus.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher with over 5 years of experience in sales or distribution through brokers and consultants. Proven leadership experience with a history of managing teams and driving strategic goals. Extensive network across the US with key regional contacts and leaders. Demonstrated ability to discuss health solutions in a strategic, consultative manner. Entrepreneurial skills with a proven track record of developing strategies for new programs. Advanced communication and relationship management skills, capable of navigating and influencing complex organizational structures. Demonstrated strategic leadership abilities, with proven communication skills and effectiveness in internal and external collaborations. The selected candidate will be expected to work remotely with regular travel (minimum 30%).
