Job Description:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $25 - $34/hr (Weekly Pay)
Monday - Friday Schedule
2nd Shift: 2pm -10:30pm
3rd Shift: 10:30pm - 7:00am
Overtime Available and Opportunity for Overtime
Clean and Climate Controlled Environment
Job Responsibilities:
Repair and maintain facility and equipment including HVAC, Ammonia refrigeration, conveyors, sanitation equipment, material handling equipment and battery replacement
Accurately diagnose and repair company assets to eliminate downtime, extend assets usable life and diminish equipment malfunctions
Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule
Includes hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating
Perform daily inspection of doors and dock plates, banana rooms, and all other building and support areas
Responsible for recognizing problems and performing repairs before breakdown occurs
