The Water Recycling System Operator is responsible for operating water recycling system and the appropriate systems that facilitate and maximize the proper reclamation of components and water contained in concrete mixes. Other duties include pumping out washout pits in the production areas, lab, and sample facilities. This position also maintains the water collected in the acid wash building and delivers it to the Alar for reclamation, sets up concrete blocks for excess concrete and subsequently strips them out. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work Monday - Friday starting at 3:00 am. Candidates will receive a shift premium for starting at 3:00 am. Areas of responsibility for the ALAR Operator:* Perform various duties associated with the successful operation of the ALAR Water Recycling System* Operate the water truck to deliver recycled water to the sewer lines and maintain proper documentation* Operate the front end loader to clean up storage bins. * Maintain accurate inventory of storage bin areas* Operate a mixer truck as required Work and educational requirements:* High School Diploma or GED, required* CDL class A or B license, required* Proven ability to operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment, preferred* Ability to work as part of a team and independently* Excellent communication skills * Tuition Assistance with 100 percent reimbursement for approved courses and degree programs which are job related and approved in advance by your supervisor.* Employee Assistance Program provides professional, confidential assistance for any type of personal issue you or your eligible dependents are experiencing.* Good Measure Award is presented periodically to an individual or team from each of the High companies who exemplifies The High Philosophy and who has gone above and beyond normal job responsibilities to provide andquot;Good Measure.andquot;* Excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision available for full-time coworkers.
