Aston Carter Call Center Representative - Remote: Eastern Iowa in Des Moines, Iowa
Multiple customer service positions available - Fully remote to candidates located in Eastern Iowa or driving distance to Sioux Falls
Pay: $16 - $17.50/Hr depending on the department
Assisting insurance companies (our customers) complete the part of the claim process that comes after a vehicle has been valued and a settlement amount agreed upon. TLC assists our customers by contacting lenders/title holders to obtain lien payoff information for the title to be released. Additionally, they fill out, send and review the necessary legal documents for titles to be transferred to salvage companies
TLC’s Lien process at a glance
Reps will be making frequent phone calls to continue the progression of the TLC process
Up to 90% of the day will be spent on the phone and/or processing files
Reps will need to identify specifics about the file in order to determine the appropriate process
While most scenarios have a “happy path” it is often that we will need to diverge and find a way to make things work.
We want to make the payoff and title portion of the claim process faster and more convenient for our customers.
Needs working internet since they are working from home
Good work history - no more than 3 jobs in 2 years
1 year of customer service experience (open to retail, call center, restaurant, etc.)
High School Diploma or GED
Training will be for 2 weeks between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST/9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST with an hour lunch, Monday through Friday.
Once training has been completed, shift hours will require availability between the hours of 9:00 am – 9:00 pm CST/ 9:00 am - 10:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with availability to work a shift ending no later than 9:00 pm CST/10:00 pm EST once to twice and Saturdays as needed (8 hour shift between 7:00 am - 6:30 pm CST/8:00 am - 7:30 pm EST).
