Spherion Staffing is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join a team in Detroit Lakes, MN. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of optimizing production processes. Pay: $23-27/hour DOE Schedule: Monday-Thurs 6am - 4:30pm or 7am - 5:30pm. Fri 6am - 11am or 7am - 12pm (Friday as needed and depends on production schedule) Responsibilities: -Assure products meet customer specifications and are shipped as scheduled -Identify and implement cost reduction procedures -Contribute to the production schedule through building product -Responsible for new assembler employee orientation and onboarding -Help facilitate and coordinate training activities -Train, coach and evaluate assigned personnel -Provide positive leadership and encourage support for corporate unity -Organize and delegate to assure successful completion of work -Supervise between 15 - 25 employees on shift
