As a Director of Digital Product Management, your goal will be to simplify the mortgage origination experience for our clients with highly innovative and impactful digital tools in order to help everyone home. You will be responsible for creating product vision, goals and OKRs (i.e. strategic leadership) and leading a team of experienced Product Managers to achieve that strategy (i.e. people leadership). This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong partnership with technology, design, research and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product management, exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of fintech market trends, consumer behavior and technology.
About the Role
Define, maintain, create alignment for and evangelize a strategic product vision, goals and roadmap for a suite of digital products aligned with business objectives and long-term goals
Establish and strengthen relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and key partner teams to ensure cross-functional alignment
Lead advanced product performance analysis, using data-driven insights to influence long-term product strategy and outcomes
Use insights from user research and advanced data analytics to make high-impact decisions on product direction and roadmap prioritization
Oversee and prioritize a complex and diverse product backlog, ensuring the development of strategically aligned and high-value features
Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration to ensure effective execution and alignment within the product teams and other departments
Champion agile methodologies across teams to foster continuous improvement, iterative development, and scalable processes
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive product innovation
About You
Minimum Qualifications
10 years of experience or equivalent in a digital product management role
Demonstrated expertise in leading and developing a self-organizing team
Demonstrated ability successfully implementing strategic objectives at the team level with shifting timelines, staffing and dependencies
Demonstrated ability influencing, negotiating with and gaining buy-in from senior leadership and partnering teams
Demonstrated expertise advocating on behalf of team members and projects using deliberate, accurate and persuasive language
Extensive knowledge of modern software development practices and concepts, such as product scalability
Extensive knowledge of people leadership practices, such as change management, recruiting, hiring, performance management and compensation administration
Extensive knowledge of software delivery, design and data roles and the responsibilities of each
Experience in developing digital mortgage products
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent competency in information technology, business management, marketing or a related field
Demonstrated ability mentoring and training leaders
Demonstrated ability setting and accomplishing strategic objectives that span multiple teams
Knowledge of mortgage processes, products and the fintech industry

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is one hundred forty-four thousand dollars to three hundred eighteen thousand dollars. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
