We are currently looking for great technicians that can step into a healthcare environment and help support their life cycle refresh upgrade project/Windows 11 upgrade for enterprise-wide technology hardware. General technical competency is important. Equally important is someone who is customer service focused, positive mindset, attention to detail, and high reliability. The technical process for upgrading devices for LCR (lifecycle refresh) can be taught. At the basic level, technicians will be responsible for running an SCCM script and anything more complicated would get kicked to leads. This position will support the healthcare employees (doctors, nurses, staff, etc.) and will upgrade devices at various hospitals / sites in the area. This is a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable information technology experience with leading employers. These are going to be entry level roles with a major emphasis on strong customer service and organization skills. These people will be helping with imaging, troubleshooting, deployment, software loads, and data transferring between old devices and new devices.

Top Skills' Details:

1) IT working experience: 3-6 months is ideal, or internship

2) Any form of IT Deployment/Refresh experience

3) Experience with imaging, refreshing software, data transfers, etc.

4) Solid organization skills and good follow up

5) Strong Written & Verbal Customer Service skills

6) Good soft skills and professionalism

7) Must be reliable, ready to work, accountable, etc.

Location: Candidates must be local to the Detroit Metropolitan Area in Michigan

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $15/hour

Additional Skills & Qualifications: Need to be comfortable being on site 5 days a week and working 40 hours per week
