Position Summary As a seasoned professional, the Program Manager III demonstrates excellence in managing complex portfolios of energy efficiency programs. In this hands-on management role, you will provide leadership to all aspects of an energy program and will work closely with both clients and our energy professionals to achieve client energy efficiency goals and other program objectives. The Program Manager III position is responsible for program budget development and oversight, expert financial acumen, is a strategic partner to the client advising and making recommendations for program improvement, team development and engagement, vendor and client relationships, and more. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. * Actively engage in talent management process, including interviewing, resource planning and utilization, engagement planning, performance evaluations, and more * May manage other Program Managers * Act as the Senior Leader over program portfolio's and lower-level program managers including mentoring, coaching, and development * Proactive provide best in class communication and reporting to Client * Oversee program operations to ensure client requirements are met and continuously provide innovation to clients to deliver the goal better and effective * Develop and expand client relationship as a trusted advisor; strong relationships at all levels of client's and key stakeholders' organization * Lead partner and client contract management process * Strengthen opportunities for community engagement, such as establishing relationships with community colleges, utilities, condo associations, etc. Build leadership and reputation in energy efficiency within the community we operate. * Lead and support company-wide Safety efforts * Orchestrate partnership and work between centralized functions and program staff * Acting as company stakeholder creating and leading company trainings, development, safety initiatives, and more * Recognize when issues are occurring and take proper steps towards resolution * Minimal oversite from senior management in the day-to-day operations * Be able to develop a network of diversity service providers * Develop and deliver polished and prepared client presentations; responds to client questions with confidence and accuracy * Ensure successful delivery of program goals as indicated in Statement of Work * Develop and manage production plan for program *
