Job Overview
Weatherford is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our Upper Completions team in the Energy Oil and Gas Drilling Exploration industry. This role is responsible for driving sales, business development, and market penetration strategies across strategic accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and neighboring regions.
Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets and revenue goals for Weatherford's Upper Completions product line.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, targeting key decision-makers and converting leads into committed work.
Deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals, showcasing Weatherford's solutions and value propositions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and flawless job execution.
Provide market intelligence, forecasting, and periodic status reports to support strategic planning.

Qualifications:
Engineering degree (University or Engineering School level).
Minimum of 10 years of overall technical experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with at least 5 years focused on Upper Completions.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Fluency in English and preferably Arabic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong technical skills in Upper Completions tools and portfolio awareness.
Knowledge of relevant software such as tube move analysis.
Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, customer service, time management, and attention to detail.
