This role will report to the HK Manager directly to work independently for all-round merchandising function:

Job Description:

• Market samples tracking, and system kick off - follow up with vendors on sample development and manage Market Sample due dates

• Resolve development quality issues to meet the company requirements

• Collaborate with vendors, cross functional team and counterparts, engage people in different locations (e.g. HK & USA Offices)

• Manage lab dips/strike-offs/graphics/wash submissions/status to meet due dates

• Data maintenance - Make use of different systems such as PLM, Intellimas to manage daily activities

• Engage cross functional partners regularly to exchange up-to-date information

Job Specifications:

• University degree or above with at least 5 years’ working experience in Woven & Knits baby products for US/Canada markets. Swimwear product experience will be an advantage

• Previous working experience in Brands or Buying Office is required

• Familiar with product safety requirements of baby/childrenswear

• Well-organized, systematic, detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and open-minded to establish relationship with stakeholders

• Proficient in MS office (Pivot table, v-lookup, power-point Excel and Word)

• Good command of written and spoken English
