About you and this role

We have an exciting opportunity for aQuality Control /Quality Assurance Engineer,located inDilovasi, Türkiye.

In this role, you will lead and execute all aspects of the plant quality control and quality assurance programs to enable profitable compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. As you enhance front-line knowledge and accountability for quality across key roles, you foster a customer-focused culture within our single plant. Your conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures within this discipline drives our success.

Responsibilities

  • You will implement and maintain the site quality program, aligning it with our Business Quality Strategy.

  • You will act as the interface between our commercial team and the plant, to ensure consistent high-quality service to our customers

  • You will act as the plant’s interface in cross-functional relationships, facilitating the flow of information and ensuring compliance with quality management requirements

  • You will monitor the effectiveness of our quality management system, identifying opportunities for productivity enhancements.

  • You will generate quality data to fuel product improvements

  • You will drive site-level management of change activities related to product quality.

  • You will ensure our Operating Discipline system aligns with quality requirements.

  • You will provide expertise to roles impacting product quality, emphasizing customer and regulatory requirements.

  • You will identify and lead quality improvement efforts based on data analysis and customer feedback.

  • You will manage plant quality system audits, leveraging findings for continual improvement.

  • You will lead the QC lab, representing it to our functions, site team, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry/chemical engineering is a plus quality, manufacturing or related experience required.

  • English is a must

  • Minimum 4 years of experience
