Description and Requirements
Persona encargada de liderar el área de Entrenamiento para Motorola Colombia-Ecuador.
Dentro de sus principales funciones
Desarrollo para equipo Field Forcé en sus diferentes niveles (Coordinación-supervisión-Promotoria) en: Habilidades blandas – Atributos de marca – portafolio.
Acompañar a los distintos clientes (Operadores – Retail – otros ) con el objetivo de desarrollar su equipo de colaboradores en aspectos tan importantes como: Tecnología, Habilidades blandas , actualización de referencias de equipos, contribuyendo al mejoramiento y competitividad de su organización.
Responsable de KPIs área: Personas Entrenadas – Calidad de Entrenamiento – ROI – Estrategia de cobertura – Lanzamientos de producto.
Liderazgo y Manejo equipo entrenadores Nacional, más administración presupuestal del área.
