THE ROLE
The position will manage all aspects of the Refuse aftermarket sales and business development opportunities. The role is critical for the development and execute strategic plans related to the Refuse aftermarket sales growth plans who will engage with Fleet customers and dealer partners to implement strategic initiatives. Developing and leading a strong team of sales, customer support, and NPD to achieve long term growth.
**We do provide relocation assistance to move within a commutable distance of Dodge Center, MN. Many people choose to live in nearby Rochester, MN, a very close drive to Dodge Center.
YOUR IMPACT

Manage effectively sales operations to exceed business goals
Develop new product programs & execute strategies to meet long range sales goals
Develop, maintain and execute strategies to monitor Fleet customers and dealer performance.
Integrate voice of customer to develop a “best in class” customer experience
Develop and maintain specifications, proposals, pricing and other technical data pertaining to the sales of the product family.
Direct/coordinate the administration of all internal parts sales activities to support marketing efforts and programs
Research, originate, and announce special parts sales and marketing programs to stimulate sales and profits. Involves promotion evaluation, profit determination, and vendor/customer contact
Develop and host various focus meetings with Sales Representatives and customers in order to be aware of the changing needs and demands of the market.
Participate in market analysis and develop new product ideas pertaining to product family required to increase market share.
Prepare and present appropriate business plans for new product development.
Identify and recommend pricing methodologies for contracts and proposals.
Meet revenue and contribution margin expectations
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, Engineering or related field.
Seven (7) or more years of experience
Management experience.
Ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Pay Range:
$102,800.00 - $176,800.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
