What you’ll do:
Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities, perform analysis of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements.
"a. Assess the facility's resource requirements, design and optimize the facility's layout and critical operational systems, plan and oversee the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment, such as power system, water supply, compressed air system, HVAC, clean room, vacuum system, etc.
b. Analyze project costs and prepare budgets.
c. Coordinate and oversee contractors performing maintenance activities.
d. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
e. Establish/Improve facility management procedures to save cost and improve efficieny.
f. Analyze data, blueprints, etc., and prepare all kinds of required reports.
g. Ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager."
Qualifications:
Bachelor or above in construction /Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience as a facility engineer or in a similar role.
Skills:
Be familiar with air compressor, cooling and chiller systems, HVAC, HV&LV power distribution system; Electrician certificate (high and low voltage); Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes; Experience with SAP, MS Office and AutoCAD.
Communication and coordination skills；Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; Project management skills; English writing and reading abilities.
