Carrier Specialist, Supplier Quality & Development in Dongguan, China

1.Provide guidance, coaching or training to internal Site SQE and external suppliers based on supplier quality vision, mission, supplier quality manual, procedures, standard works, templates, and quality tools.
2.Make and execute annual audit & performance review plan in monthly/quarterly basis focusing on selected top international suppliers based on last year’s supplier PPM, escapes, and purchase value. 3.Oversee supplier PPM monthly results and drive improvements with lesson learnt sharing or supports.
4.Oversee supplier cost recovery monthly results and drive implementation with guidance or supports. 5.Conduct quality system audit for new international(cross-region) supplier qualification.
6.Conduct process audit for international supplier’s new part qualification and pilot production.
7.Conduct on-site root cause analysis and fast problem solving when received Site SQE’s escalation of the urgent and important international supplier quality issue.
8.And other new matters.
