Job Overview

•Handle factory overall layout and provide layout solution for management team based on company strategy, design and optimize workshop & production line layout;

负责工厂整体规划和根据管理层和公司的业务策略提供工厂规划方案，负责设计并优化车间和生产拉线布局规划；(5%)

•Find the improvement opportunities based on IE technology, initiate improvement plan and execute the improvement with relevant departments. Lead the Kaizen events and value creation projects, work with ME、QE and Mfg. department closely to improve productivity;

根据 IE 的理论和知识寻找改善机会，发起改善计划并协作相关部门执行该计划；带领改善活动和价值创造项目, 紧密合作 ME、QE 和制造部门，提高生产力；(5 大 VS，IE/TEOA 方法)

•Capacity analysis and assessment, lead key equipment and process loading analysis based on latest forecast, provide overall production line configuration based on process and equipment list;

产能分析和评估，根据最新的需求主导关键设备的利用率分析，根据制程和设备清单提供完整的生产线配置；（NPI，工装工具/设备）

•Responsible for product quotation and standard work , cell design optimization;

负责新产品工时报价和制定产品标准作业工时，以及拉线的单元设计优化；（单间连续流）

•Provide project conversion cost reduction roadmap based on VOC & VOB;

根据客户&业务之声，制定生产加工成本降低计划。

What your background should look like:

• Bachelor or above, more than 5 years IE experience;

本科以上学历，超过 5 年的 IE 工作经验；

• Strong knowledge of IE and lean technology, line balance improvement and Kaizen activity experience;

具备较强的IE和精益生产知识，并有丰富的生产线平衡改善以及主导改善活动经验；

• Skilled for Microsoft office and CAD;

熟练运用 office 和 CAD；

• Good communication and project management skills;

良好的沟通技能和项目管理能力;

• Good solid ability in problem solving;

良好的问题解决能力
