Your Responsibilities
Plan the daily work load and ensure that time and attendance matters are managed. Monitoring internal and external KPI’s, ensuring that they are met and improved upon.
Compile Warehouse Management System activity data so as to create weeklyreports.
Manage resource levels, overtime and agency labour.
Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure thatoperational system requirements are met.
Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas.
Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace
Your Skills and Experiences
Previous supervisory experience is preferred
Experience of working to agreed targets
Preferred experience (not essential) of JDA[Despatcher]
Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading
Analytical & problem solving skills; High attention to detail
