Your Role

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan the daily work load and ensure that time and attendance matters are managed. Monitoring internal and external KPI’s, ensuring that they are met and improved upon.

  • Compile Warehouse Management System activity data so as to create weeklyreports.

  • Manage resource levels, overtime and agency labour.

  • Operate Warehouse Management System functionality to ensure thatoperational system requirements are met.

  • Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas.

  • Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices including the reporting of all accidents and incidents within the workplace

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred

  • Experience of working to agreed targets

  • Preferred experience (not essential) of JDA[Despatcher]

  • Intermediate PC Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading

  • Analytical & problem solving skills; High attention to detail
