Robert Half Business Systems Analyst: II (Intermediate)- in Dorchester, Massachusetts
Description We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst in the telecom sector for a role based in Dorchester, Massachusetts. This role is centered around supporting implementations specific to payment programs, including projects that transform payment systems from existing applications to new payment hubs. The role requires a background in conducting structured change efforts for software changes and managing the development of deliverables and changes into test and production environments.
Responsibilities:
• Support implementations specific to payments programs, including the transition of payments off of existing applications to a new payment hub.
• Participate in release/change management processes focusing on the details of assembling different interrelated components.
• Coordinate with different stakeholders for requirements, testing, and release calendar of necessary components.
• Ensure a synchronous running of day-to-day processes.
• Coordinate and execute the change management documentation and process for the payments IT team.
• Attend project meetings to gather all the information about forecasted changes.
• Provide training to team members on how to create and properly document changes.
• Guide the team on the Change Management process to avoid back and forth in change submissions.
• Coordinate escalations with the technical execution team to expedite response time.
• Evaluate the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
• Manage the change portfolio allowing the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
• Authorize minor change requests and coordinate with the Change Advisory Board for changes presenting higher risk.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess decisions and performance related to the change request.
• Utilize key skills such as documentation, payment processing, budget processes, review, implementing strategies, hiring processes, English language, calendar management, communication skills, stakeholders, Spanish language, conductivity, execute, component selection, configuration management, change management, REST API, submission, streamlining, framework, deliverable, and onsite. Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation, Payment Processing, Budget Processes, and Review.
• Ability to Implement Strategies, manage Hiring Processes, and handle Calendar Management.
• Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Spanish languages.
• Capable of working with diverse Stakeholders and executing Component Selection.
• Knowledge of Configuration Management, Change Management, REST API, and JIRA.
• Experience in Submission, Streamlining, and working within various Frameworks.
• Ability to deliver Onsite, manage Debits, and handle 'About Time' duties.
• Strong skills in Conductivity and ability to Execute tasks efficiently.
• Experience in Deliverable creation and management. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
