What are your contributions to the team?

• Be in charge of the coordination of all Projects activities related to the applications and tools used by the Technical Publications;

• Create, harmonize and track compliance to various schedules required to manage the Project milestones and deliverables;

• Coordinate major Supplier deliverables and ensure adherence to schedule;

• Manage and harmonize priorities;

• Work in accordance with the BIS Project Portfolio;

• Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team cross-functional reviews as necessary;

• Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary;

• Prepare and present reports for the various levels of the organization;

• Represent the Technical Publications Post-Production team at various inter-departmental meetings;

• Perform risk review and support risk mitigation plan creation;

• Propose opportunities for improvements;

• Prepare and provide visibility of budget requirement / Resource allocation and forecasting;

How to thrive in this role?

• You have a Business Management or Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 5 years+ experience in aerospace;

• You are familiar with Agile Project Management processes;

• You are familiar with aviation in-service fleet support;

• You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);

• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;

• You have a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;

• You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic;

• You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;

• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;

• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.

• You have a Project Management Certification is an asset.
