Summary of Position
We are seeking an experienced, market-focused product manager to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities and solutions to help drive growth across our digital cyber security training portfolio of products. Our ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in digital product management with a customer-first mindset. This role requires a candidate who has exceptional analytical, organizational and communication skills and has experience translating the needs of B2C and B2B customers into new and enhanced training products.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy and craft a product vision to enhance our product portfolio by building new best in class digital training solutions for B2C and B2B customers.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new training solutions, features, and functionality.
Manage backlog of feature and content enhancements for existing security awareness and workforce development digital training offerings.
Oversee requirements discovery, user story writing, feature development and user acceptance testing.
Partner with business stakeholders in curriculum, product, and engineering to own roadmap initiatives that roll up to the broader training portfolio.
Colloborate with members of the business development and executive leadership teams to identify new product opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
Work in close alignment with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging around new and enhanced digital training product offerings including input into campaigns and sales enablement materials.
Foster partnerships with other members of cross functional product and engineering teams to ensure alignment on prioritization of feature development and releases.
Monitor, measure, and report metrics around product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management, computer science, information systems, or related field.
7+ years of experience in digital product management.
Initiative-taker who can navigate varying degrees of ambiguity with ease.
Master in proactive communication across teams, storytelling, and stakeholder alignment.
Experience conducting product market research, user interviews, focus groups, and POCs to gather information and inform business investments in new product solutions.
Demonstrated ability to lead and solve problems across organizational boundaries to deliver customer solutions.
Proven history of collaborating closely with both customers and internal stakeholders, practicing active listening, and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities.
Passion for the customer, able to imagine new ways to solve problems and to deliver best in class experiences.
Experience working with UX/UI design and research teams to deliver products and experiences that delight customers.
Comfortable working in a virtual organization with some travel
Fluent in English, particularly in written communications
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with digital content creation and management, online training products, and platforms.
Experience working in cyber security or educational technology related fields.
Certified/Trained in Pragmatic Product Marketing or equivalent.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and practices.
Reporting Relationships
This position reports to the Director of Product Management in North America and has no direct reports.
Work Environment
This position is fully remote. Must be able to work in US/EST business hours on a consistent basis. Up to 25% travel required for meetings and training events both regionally and internationally.

The base salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $150,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and years of experience. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
