Part-Time Opening

The position is part-time, requiring 25 hours a week. Working hours can be 7am to 3:30pm or 8am to 4:30pm, three days a week. The role requires onsite presence all three days, with flexibility in choosing the days, subject to managerial needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience or open to newly graduated Bachelor's Degree

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and other MS Suite applications.

  • Experience in data entry.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our customer and employee training programs. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze data from survey sites, present findings to the manager, and ensure the accuracy of data entry. This role involves creating detailed reports for stakeholders, summarizing student feedback, and tracking training data and expenses.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer and employee training programs without direct interaction.

  • Gather data from survey sites such as SurveyMonkey.

  • Analyze and present data to the manager for reporting.

  • Request and compile feedback and present it to the manager.

  • Check the accuracy of data entry.

  • Create reports for stakeholders using Excel.

  • Summarize student feedback.

  • Enter and track training data into spreadsheets for trainers.

  • Track training data related to expenses.
