Our healthcare client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Sitecore Migration Project. The client currently has 7 websites that will be consolidated into 5. The Project Manager will work with three other Lead roles to identify the appropriate project plan and lead a team of Content Publishers, QA Specialists and Photo Editors. Must be able to work a CST schedule/timezone.\ \ The Senior Project Manager will have a high attention to detail, focus and ability to drive large teams on task and to seamless delivery. This role is the central hub and expert task master, at the epicenter running the project.\ \ The Senior Project Manager will have the ability to identify a workflow system (Jira, Asana, Workfront etc.) that tracks progress around thousands of deliverables that also gives clients a clear line of sight into our progress. Lead the project team and also own delivery of the team (deliverables back to clients).\ \ Senior Project Manager Capabilities:\ -Sitecore expertise: deep understanding of Sitecore CMS functionality and best practices.\ -Technical aptitude: strong technical aptitude to understand the complexities of a migration project.\ -CMS Migration Experience: experience managing CMS migration projects including knowledge of common challenges and strategies for successful migration.\ -Risk Management: proven experience identifying and mitigating project risk.\ -Budget Management: proven track record of delivering projects on budget.\ -Communication skills: manages change effectively and is adept at facilitating productive standups and status meetings.\ \ Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:\ -Planning and Coordination: developing project plans and timelines; resource allocation.\ -Day to Day Stakeholder Contact: facilitating communication and alignment among stakeholders through standups and status calls.\ -Risk Management: identifying potential risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them such as technical challenges or timeline delays.\ -Resource Management: alignment of resources effectively to meet project milestones and objectives.\ -Quality Assurance: overseeing QC process to ensure migrated content meets expectations.\ -Timeline Adherence: tracking progress against the project timelines and making adjustments to keep project on schedule.\ -Reporting: providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved and any deviations from plan.
