Position Responsibilities:

  • The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager implements structured problem-solving techniques to provide leadership and training to increase knowledge on the best maintenance practices

  • In this role you will partner and provide support to maintenance managers with day-to-day operations by being a catalyst of change to encourage new processes and behaviors to ensure achievement of performance levels

  • You will support Maintenance Teams on the development of a priority ranking of equipment and utilization of SAP/CONA-PM systems within Coca-Cola Bottling network

  • The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager will conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices across facilities and provide feedback to correct and/or improve the local team practices

  • This manager will also provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF)

  • The Reliability Manager will partner with the local operations teams to implement effective preventative measures and provide direction for quick changeover and centerlining improvements

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 plus years of related experience or 4 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree
