Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery for a company engaging in distribution and servicing of packaging machinery. This includes working as Technician for packaging machinery for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors: Field Service Technician: Support Installation and Commissioning of machinery at manufacturing sites for packaging machinery built in Germany for the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Work with manufacturer installation teams and technical teams from Germany coming to the U.S. for client-site installation and commissioning. Conduct SAT Run (Site Acceptance Test). Responsible for diagnostics of faults and breakdowns, troubleshooting. Make mechanical adjustments, faults elimination. Conduct preventive and on-demand maintenance and perform production monitoring. Responsible for preparation of internal and external technical reports.
Position Requirements:
No education required. Must have 24 months of experience in job offered or as Industrial Machinery Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Service Technician, or closely related. Approximately 50% of national travel to clients sites within the U.S., required.
