What does a Forklift Operator do at Swire Coca Cola? The Forklift operator moves products or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered industrial equipment and/or vehicles with an extremely high focus on safety and the safety of others. Work is conducted in a very fast-paced environment where productivity expectations are high.

Responsibilities * Operate industrial vehicles and equipment to relocate products or materials within a warehouse facility * Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area to meet requirements * Efficiently load and unload palletized and/or non-palletized products / materials in or out of designated trailers and/or route trucks to meet scheduled delivery time * Ensure that products / materials are stacked, stored, and secured in compliance with regulatory/company policies and procedures * Ensure proper dunnage is loaded on transport trailers to secure the load to prevent materials from tipping, falling, etc * Move product and/or materials manually as required or directed by leadership * Ensure proper rotation of product by BBE date codes * Meet company standards for productivity * Maintain a clean, safe work environment. * Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements * High School Diploma (or GED) required or * Forklift Certification within 30 days from hire required * 1+ years of general warehouse experience required * Must be able to learn and fully operate assigned production equipment * Must be at least 18 years of age * Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business * Ability to lift 50 pounds
