HEALTHEQUITY, INC. Senior Site Reliability Engineer in DRAPER, Utah
100% telecommuting role. Reports to headquarters in Draper, UT. Can work remotely or telecommute.
Summary of Duties:
• Design and implement application environments in Windows Server.
• Design and implement automated provisioning and container solutions.
• Remediate issues impacting performance of software production systems and infrastructure.
• Diagnose and isolate issues at all layers of the stack, whether it be code or infrastructure, during development and in production with applications built using .net core, REST API, Oracle DB, and SQL Server Collaborate with software architects in migration of Monolith legacy application to new Azure Cloud, and reflect the legacy application performance in more efficient manner.
• Produce manage to build definitions and hardware in support of our Continuous Delivery policies and procedures. Identify and create performance indicators, including analyzing historical data and setting objectives to meet Service Level Agreements.
• Manage build definitions, continuous delivery definitions, and hardware in support of Continuous Delivery policies and procedures.
• Collaborate on high-priority Incident Tickets and ensure system recovery.
• Utilize monitoring systems and diagnose the root cause.
*Qualifications: *
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, or related field of study; and 5 years of experience in the job offered or any related occupation in which the required experience was gained.
