Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time
Schedule:16 hours/week, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturday or Sunday if possibleShifts:Flexible afternoon or evening times, 2-4 hour shifts, between 6 PM - 9 PMLocation:Dresden, TN

Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record patient’s health status and vital signs.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting clients with either personal care or home management tasks
This would include assistance with basic personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care related tasks
Home Management includes tasks that include basic housekeeping, shopping and other related housekeeping tasks
Qualifications
Minimum age requirements is 18 years
Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy
Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care
Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide
Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach
