Position : Graduate Engineer/Construction Management (CMT Lab Technician)

Location : Dripping Springs, TX

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer/Construction Management (CMT Lab Technician) to join our Dripping Springs, TX team! Come join us! Great opportunity for a new graduate or soon to be graduate seeking a career in the civil engineering/construction field.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Telephone etiquette, communication strategies and use of basic office equipment.

• Willingness to assist in lab or field as needed for hot mix, soils and concrete material testing

• Follow verbal and written instructions.

• Enters and retrieves data.

• Maintains project files/records/logs and systems.

• Drive to deliver/pick up confidential or time sensitive correspondence.

• Reviewing Daily Work reports and Calculations.

• Able to interpret contract requirements.

• Preparing invoices.

• Compile Monthly Reports for Company/Client Data Reporting.

• Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• College graduate or soon to be graduate with a major in the following: Engineering, Construction, Geology, or related fields.

• Willingness to pursue EIT license in Texas is encouraged.

• Communicate effectively.

• Capable of functioning with spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software.

• A valid driver’s license and must be able to pass an MVR.

• Must have ability to lift 50 pounds.

Technical Requirements:

• Must easily be trainable in business software.

Other Miscellaneous Qualities:

• Ability to travel 15% of the time locally.
