Hyatt Assistant Manager Front Office in DUBAI, United Arab Emirates
Description:
As an Assistant Manager Front Office, you are responsible for the efficient running of the department in accordance with Hyatt corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting colleague, guest, and owner expectations. You are expected to effectively manage the day-to-day operation and lead the team resourcefully to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office/Guest Relations in a hotel. Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment. Must be highly organized, results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful and flexible.
Language Preferences : Russian, German, French, Spanish
