Context

Rx Manufacturing department within META Operations creating and executing industrial roadmap of the zone – in line with group industrial standards – RX Referential, Quality, processes, standard machines, lines, operating modes and lean principles. The key objective of the service is to continuously improve industrial performance in terms of costs, service and customer satisfaction through deployment of the existing and new group standard solutions and lean methods.

Nature of the work:

As a member of META RX Manufacturing team, your principal missions will be:

• Manage transformation projects (investments, machines, technologies, organization of flows, building works ...) in relation to the other functions of the group and suppliers

• Build and execute mid-term industrial plans with the labs

• Assure that deployed solutions are in line with group standards, especially RX Referential

• Animate benchmarks of the sites, benefit from the labs collective intelligence to fuel continuous improvement across whole zone.

• Support the labs in the equipment and/or processes implementation with the support of the local and central teams,

• Participate to the META Techno-clubs with the process engineers of the zone,

• Cooperate closely with the labs’ teams, as well as with central services- GLI, Quality, etc…

This position will interest:

• Engineer in industrial engineering or equivalent, masteringprofitability study of transformation projects and the functional management for their execution.

• Ideally experience in RX production and/or in Rx processes.

• Knowledge of lean management (6 Sigma, MIFA, KAIZEN, 5S etc) would be a plus.

• With a strong spirit of service, you have the sense of analysis, and you are stimulated by the search for permanent progress through the pragmatic questioning of what exists. Rigorous and structured, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you like teamwork in a multicultural environment.

• Fluent English mandatory, French and other META zone languages (Arabic, Turkish) would be a plus.

• Short term trips (5 to 10 days per month) to META labs to be planned.
