About the Business Consulting Service Line
Our Business Consulting service line offers bespoke advisory solutions that prioritize flexibility and personalized client service - our clients are our top priority. Our clientele spans diverse industries and all sizes from SMEs to International Groups and listed companies. We work as experts to tackle unique challenges and seize opportunities, crafting innovative strategies that drive sustainable growth and success.
As a Senior Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Lead the charge in developing and executing our Go-To-Market strategy for finance transformation, driving significant revenue growth for our consulting services
Inspire and upskill a high-performing team, establishing finance transformation as a cornerstone offering and ensuring flawless project delivery
Build and nurture strong client relationships, leveraging your consulting expertise to deliver innovative solutions that exceed expectations
Drive business development efforts, collaborating with Partners and Directors to unlock new opportunities and expand our client base
Champion a culture of excellence by mentoring your team, contributing to thought leadership, and continuously enhancing our internal processes

8+ years of management consulting experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering successful finance transformation projects
Expertise in finance assessments, transformation planning, and execution across diverse industries, coupled with strong analytical and commercial skills
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for mentoring teams and confidently engaging with clients in high-pressure environments
Fluency in English, with Arabic as a plus
