As a Senior Manager, Program Management for Emerging Markets, you will be responsible for driving key standardization, benchmarking, innovation and strategic initiatives across our business operations in high-growth, developing markets. In this critical role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies and new capabilities that can be scaled globally. You will serve as a strategic partner to regional and country leadership, translating business requirements into actionable plans and leading complex projects to successful completion. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, analytical problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver meaningful impact for our Emerging Markets business.
Key job responsibilities
Spearhead the creation and implementation of standardized frameworks, tools and best practices for strategic business functions (e.g. Sustainability, Packaging, Defect Reduction, Social Resonsibility) across Emerging Markets
Lead benchmarking initiatives to assess performance, identify gaps and recommend optimization strategies for Emerging Markets operations
Incubate and scale innovative solutions, pilot programs and technology enablers to drive business impact in Emerging Markets
Partner with regional and country leaders to define strategic roadmaps and execution plans for key initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor
Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources, driving alignment and mitigating risks
Analyze data, surface insights and make data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Emerging Markets organization
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of team management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
