As a Senior Manager, Program Management for Emerging Markets, you will be responsible for driving key standardization, benchmarking, innovation and strategic initiatives across our business operations in high-growth, developing markets. In this critical role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies and new capabilities that can be scaled globally. You will serve as a strategic partner to regional and country leadership, translating business requirements into actionable plans and leading complex projects to successful completion. This role requires a blend of program management expertise, analytical problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement skills to deliver meaningful impact for our Emerging Markets business.

Key job responsibilities

  • Spearhead the creation and implementation of standardized frameworks, tools and best practices for strategic business functions (e.g. Sustainability, Packaging, Defect Reduction, Social Resonsibility) across Emerging Markets

  • Lead benchmarking initiatives to assess performance, identify gaps and recommend optimization strategies for Emerging Markets operations

  • Incubate and scale innovative solutions, pilot programs and technology enablers to drive business impact in Emerging Markets

  • Partner with regional and country leaders to define strategic roadmaps and execution plans for key initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor

  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects from inception to delivery, coordinating resources, driving alignment and mitigating risks

  • Analyze data, surface insights and make data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Emerging Markets organization

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of team management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
