Job Description
The LP Financials Admin will be the point of contact for financial management of capital and expense activities for multiple LP portfolios and provide ongoing financial support for the overall LP Tech organization. The LP Financial Analyst will report to the LP Tech - Sr. Manager and will partner closely with LP Leadership, external business partners as well as various Finance functions across the organization. This person will be responsible for performing monthly forecasting, expenditure tracking, monthly financial close, variance reporting of spend against target and provide executive level updates on financial performance against budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Perform critical LP portfolio capital/expense management to include expenditure tracking and reporting activities: including false alarm invoice tracking, FedEx shipping expenses, and other data entry/organizational pieces in Excel.
Track and reconcile financial activity by portfolio and project via ServiceChannel to ensure accuracy and maintain adherence to budgeted spend and proper accounting.
Assist in preparation of monthly reporting including variance analysis. Partner closely with LP Finance Manager and LP Leadership to highlight portfolio status and overall financial performance and health.
Assist in capital expenditure request (CER) approval preparation. This includes partnership with LP Finance Manager, project managers and LP Leadership to understand upcoming initiatives, attend review meetings and assist in preparation of documents for corporate finance.

Skills and Requirements
-Some working knowledge of financials (pivot tables, forecasting, etc.) in a fast moving environment.
-Excellent organizational data entry skills (Excel); ideally 2-3 years of experience in an administrative position.
-Comfortable with working Tues-Thurs onsite in Dublin, CA. -Understanding of shipping logistics & invoicing (FedEx).
-ServiceChannel or ticketing experience. null
