Google Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions (English, Italian) in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience building and managing relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders.

  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience with digital marketing or advertising, and experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.

  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.

  • Experience in a leadership role.

  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy.

In this role, you will be promoting high potential clients, focusing primarily on C and B-level relationship building. Using your influencing skills, industry and marketing expertise, and business acumen, you will help to evolve client objectives and identify opportunities for future client growth.

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Structure a joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

  • Develop data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify impactful opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
