Google Account Executive, New Business Sales, Google Customer Solutions in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.

  • Experience dealing with comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment.

  • Experience working with C-level clients to achieve business and marketing goals through a full suite of marketing solutions.

  • Experience designing marketing solutions using expert product knowledge to drive long-term success for customers.

  • Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for any client.

  • Manage the whole business cycle for new business acquisition, from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and business opportunities.

  • Prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.

  • Acquire high touch, high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.

  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
