Google Account Manager, Retail, Large Customer Sales (English, German) in Dublin, Ireland

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.

  • Experience with Google Ads to drive client growth through planning, campaign design, and performance optimization.

  • Experience in competitive sales with data-driven upselling.

  • Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.

  • Experience with Apparel or Retail customers.

  • Experience in consultative sales and account management.

  • Experience in customer support, data analysis, or marketing (product, direct or offline).

  • Knowledge of Search, YouTube and Shopping ads for expert campaign analysis and ROI-focused optimization.

As an Account Manager who carries experience in the Apparel/Retail industries, you will be able to help some of our global Apparel partners to drive their transformational digital strategies.

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.

  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.

  • Build knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
