Google Business Systems Analyst, Payroll Systems Engineering in Dublin, Ireland
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
5 years of experience designing and implementing SAP payroll (Employee Central Payroll (ECP)) systems.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
Experience with data analysis, and domain critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting/dashboarding.
Strong technical process analysis to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution design.

Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.
Take ownership over projects, continue to track and maintain progress, mitigate risks, manage unpredictability, keep teams and clients updated, and manage stakeholders and escalations, coordinate testing, and work with Engineering teams to deploy applications all the way to launch.
Work with stakeholders and users to gain insights into business problems, processes, and applications to provide sustainable solutions with strategic impact through building business applications, delivering systems enhancements, and designing solutions to automate and scale business operations.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to define, design, build, deploy, and support various solutions to systems, software products, and internal transformative programs and processes.
Drive improvement to the discipline of business analysis and team execution across project work and ongoing support responsibilities.
