About the role   

We are delighted to share that we have an opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our dedicated team at Bailey’s Nangor Road, Dublin.

Within this role you’ll be responsible for supporting our packaging operations through the provision of timely and accurate data-driven insights, preparing data for key operational meetings and provide support to users on key data systems.

You will be required to gather data from internal reporting software, and other sources, ensuring the upkeep of databases and data systems. Responsible for cleaning and preparing data to ensure accuracy and relevance. Continuously developing data dashboards, charts, and visual aids.

You’ll play a pivotal role in preparing and consolidating data reports using internal reporting software, providing support to users on data systems and utilising SAP systems to produce production kitting lists and report on performance.

As a Data Analyst you’ll be at the forefront of running meeting visuals and acting as a meeting action taker.

To be successful in this role, we’re looking for someone who:

  • Can work well within a team as well as the ability to make effective decisions and thrive in situations where they can solve problems

  • Holds strong interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to communicate with all levels across the site

  • Possess a solid foundation and practical experience in management of data

  • Computer literate with advanced excel skills

  • Experience with business analytics software such as PowerBI/QlikSense is an advantage

  • Capable of critically evaluating data to derive meaningful & actionable insights

  • Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills, including speaking to large audiences

  • Level 6 or higher qualification

  • Comfortable working collaboratively with operational teams to help them determine the best way to use data at a team level

It'd be great and advantageous if you had previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment with knowledge of systems such as SAP, Zaptic and Harford however not a must-have for this role as onsite training will be provided.

Shifts

This role requires you to work 39 hours per week. Hours typically Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:30 and a half day on Friday.
