Citigroup Innovation Enablement Lead analyst in Dublin, Ireland
We are seeking a dynamic lead analyst with passion for managing project and driving impactful initiative to join an innovative team within the Office of the CTO. This role is pivotal in driving strategic projects and ensuring robust risk and control measures while delivering critical business insights through KPIs, KRIs, and metrics.
Key Responsibilities
-Project Management:
Plan, manage, and execute technology-driven or compliance-drive projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports.
Business Analysis:
Conduct gap analyses and propose solutions that align with business objectives.
Support the development and enhancement of business processes, systems and governance
Metrics, KPIs, and KRIs:
Design, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor process and organizational performance.
Provide actionable insights through data visualization and reporting tools.
Support the implementation of metrics frameworks that align with organizational objectives.
Risk and Control Management:
Collaborate with the Risk and Control teams to identify and assess operational and technological risks.
Lead effort in collecting deliverables for internal audit and regulatory Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with internal audit.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
close collaborate with innovation teams and business to effectively deliver project outcomes or build new metrics
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated experience in project management, preferably with exposure to Agile methodologies.
Strong background in designing and analyzing KPIs, KRIs, and metrics.
Familiarity with risk and control frameworks in a financial institution context.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) , presentation and project management software (e.g., JIRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Knowledge of operational risks, and control mechanisms
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
