Pension and Risk Administrator

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Dublin office.

What the day will look like
The role will include providing a professional administration service to a portfolio of external clients, including Global Clients. This will include oversight of the renewal process, claims management, member engagement, insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes for our clients. This role will also support the client Online Benefit Portals and play a key oversight role of consistent service between the Online Benefit Portals and Broking Teams.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Oversight of the renewal process.
Managements of claims.
Managing client and member queries
Supporting the Pension and Risk consultants
Insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes for our clients.

Qualification
Achieved or working towards qualification in QFA.
Achieved or working towards APA in Private Medical Insurance would be an advantage but not essential.
Knowledge and Experience
The applicant is expected to have an employee benefits background with a minimum of 2-3 years industry experience or in a similar sector.
The person required for this role must show the commitment to superior service delivery expected by Aon and by our clients.
Experience in Death in Service and Disability Claims would be an advantage but not necessary.
Strong technical knowledge in either Healthcare, Pension and Risk, and a willingness to learn across other product lines of less experience.
Strong IT skills required (Word & Excel).
Strong Interpersonal skills essential.
Excellent communicator.
