Google Senior Supplier Relationship Enablement Manager, Procurement in Dublin, Ireland
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
Experience developing and implementing supplier programs and initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced degree or certifications in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience in developing, implementing, and driving adoption of procurement-related programs.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Tableau).
Familiarity with supplier relationship management (SRM) programs and knowledge of industry-specific procurement regulations and standards.
Ability to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to procurement activities.

Direct the implementation of supplier programs within procurement by creating roadmaps, timelines, and action plans for executing initiatives, such as third-party risk management, 360 supplier partnerships, and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., procurement teams, senior finance management, and cross-functional departments) to communicate the importance of Google Procurement Organization (GPO) supplier programs with the intent to foster support for program initiatives, drive impact, and work toward mutual goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs and ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.
Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
